Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Siarhei Satyrau, Warsaw, Poland.

2. What data I process

If you fill in the contact form: your name, phone number or email address, and your message.

If you message me on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email — the data you choose to share with me.

3. Purpose and legal basis

I process your data to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer — under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling correspondence).

I do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile your data.

4. Who receives your data

I use trusted service providers who process data on my behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and Turnstile spam protection for the form), Telegram (notifications about new form messages), Google (email) and WhatsApp (if you message me there).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is done under mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

I do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

5. How long I keep your data

If we do not sign a contract — no longer than 12 months after our last contact.

If we do — for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law (e.g. tax law).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just email sergmsat@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without it I cannot reply to your message.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for website security and bot protection.

For visit statistics I use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-free tool that does not track you across other websites.

8. Links to other websites

The website links to YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and my clients’ websites. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that service applies.

9. Changes

I may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
